We ship from a warehouse inside Ukraine. Oversized stations travel separately.
Delivery
- Nova Poshta — branch or parcel locker, 1–3 working days.
- Courier to your address in larger cities.
- Stations over 50 kg travel by freight carrier; we quote that separately.
Payment
- Cash on delivery when you collect it.
- By card online through the bank's secure page.
- Bank transfer for companies.
Returns
- 14 days to return a product with no signs of use and with everything it came with.
Warranty
- 24 months on every appliance. Service centres are in Ukraine.
